Shipping

 

Time Frame

We try to ship most orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.  Custom or personalized orders will take longer.  We ship items out Monday-Friday via USPS. 

Once your package is "accepted" by USPS, they assume responsibility for your items.  Typically items are delivered in 3-5 business days for ground advantage packages and 2-3 business days for Priority Mail from the day they are shipped.  We cannot guarantee actual shipping time because it is beyond our control.


Cost

Standard shipping starts at $6.00 for first class mail. For each additional item purchased, $1.50 will be added to the shipping cost. For example if you buy 3 items the shipping will be $9.00 ($6.00 + $1.50 + $1.50.)

Orders over $80 ship free (standard shipping) with code: 80FREESHIP entered at checkout.

Priority shipping starts at $14. For each additional item purchased, $3.00 will be added to the shipping cost.


International

We are happy to send items anywhere in the world that will receive them. As shipping costs vary widely, please contact us for the shipping costs to a specific location.


Pickup

We offer pickup of orders at select shows. During checkout online, under the “Additional Information” section, indicate where you would like to pick it up. The shipping charge is still assessed, but will be refunded when you pick up the products. We understand that life happens and something may keep you from visiting our booth as planned, in which case we will ship your items.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 
 

We strive to create only high quality products. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item(s) for any reason, we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns (except for custom or personalized items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when sold. Return requests must be within 30 days of order delivery or pick-up.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Include your order number, item(s) to be return, and reason for your return.

  3. Once approved, we will send return instructions and authorization.

  4. Ship your return within 7 days of authorization.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed and refunds initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
