Return Eligibility

We accept returns (except for custom or personalized items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when sold. Return requests must be within 30 days of order delivery or pick-up.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) to be return, and reason for your return.

  3. Once approved, we will send return instructions and authorization.

  4. Ship your return within 7 days of authorization.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed and refunds initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
