The pouch is created with two coordinating cotton fabrics: the exterior is white with black and white medallions, the interior is black with small white dots. The pouch has french seams with no raw edges, and has an adjustable hook and loop closure that allows it to hold the changing pad, wipes and a few diapers. The changing pad is made of soft white flannel with black and white medallions similar to the ones on the pouch exterior, fleece padding, and a white wipe clean utility fabric. The entire changing pad and pouch can be washed.
